    Tried this place with my first order of Door Dash! I'm rarely in this part of town, but delivery was quick and my pho was still hot on arrival.

    I got the basic rare beef pho, and there was only 1 size option. The quality was good. Broth was clear, and the thin cuts of steak were tender. The beef portion was great but I thought they were a bit stingy on the noodle portion. I almost thought they forgot them completely because the container was so empty! Most places are usually the other way around - heavy on the noodles, weak on the meat! I wish there were an option to add extra noodles and veggies.

    Awful.

    This used to be my favorite neighborhood spot. No more. Maybe managament changed?

    I've given them several chances but they just seem to be on a decline.

    Today I picked up a banh mi to go- one, not what I ordered. Two, whatever meat they included was mostly fat, like 90%. Bread sucked too.

    And then the service- you are not doing me a favor by serving me food. They cannot be bothered.

    Do yourself a favor and head down to pho angkor on robson- waaaaaaaaaayyyy better!!!

    Service was horrible! The two ladies were RUDE. walked in about 8:15pm and was told we could only get to go. I had my 2 year old with me and the lady clean the tables asked me to move my child so he won't be in her way very rudely.. ( rolling her eyes when she asked)
    when I asked for hot sauce to go they ignored me and rolled their eyes and I had to ask a couple of time before they actually give me some hot sauce.  Horrible! horrible!

    I used to be a regular here because it's close to my place. The food is mediocre and the service is HORRIBLE! People there are so rude that I rather be inconvenienced then going there! I rather pay extra delivery fee then dealing with their lack of human decency to be kind to a customer that orders food from them on a weekly basis! Hope they will be closed soon and replaced by a much better place!!!

    Middle of the road pho at best. The restaurant is dirty and sad looking. The service is unbelievably bad! The two girls don't give a fuck about serving you.
